We are looking for a
Manager, Marketing & Communication
As Manager, Marketing & Communications and a member of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for Canatu’s global marketing and communications activities, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth strategy, commercial objectives, brand development, and market positioning.
The role is responsible for strengthening Canatu's visibility, reputation, and thought leadership across its business areas, including Semiconductor, Robotics, Mobility & Defence and Medical Diagnostics. The position works closely with Business Units, Sales, Technology, and Leadership Team members to ensure consistent messaging and effective market engagement.
The Manager Marketing & Communications reports to the Director Marketing & Communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy and Execution
Develop and execute Canatu's global marketing strategy in alignment with the Company's strategic and commercial objectives.
Support business growth by creating and implementing marketing initiatives that generate awareness, customer engagement, and commercial opportunities.
Collaborate with Business Units to develop targeted go-to-market strategies and marketing plans.
Brand Management
Develop and strengthen the Canatu brand globally across all relevant stakeholder groups.
Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging, and visual appearance across all channels and materials.
Support the positioning of Canatu as a leading technology company and innovation partner within its target industries.
Corporate Communications
Support external and internal communication activities.
Support the Press Release process on content and effective publishing and follow-up.
Support and maintain communication plans that support strategic initiatives, business growth, and organizational objectives.
Manage corporate messaging, media relations, press releases, executive communications, and thought leadership activities.
Digital Marketing and Content
Oversee digital marketing activities, including website development, social media, content marketing, campaigns, and marketing analytics.
Ensure the creation of high-quality content that supports customer engagement, lead generation, employer branding, and market visibility.
Drive continuous improvement of digital channels, tools, and performance measurement.
Events and Industry Visibility
Support Canatu's participation in trade shows, conferences, customer events, and industry forums, including preparation, setup and follow-up.
Support thought leadership activities and speaking opportunities for Canatu experts and executives.
Build opportunities to increase awareness of Canatu's technologies, products, and capabilities among key stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Senior Management, Sales, Business Development, Technology, Product Development, Operations, HR, and Business Unit teams to align marketing and communications activities with business priorities.
Support strategic customer engagement initiatives and ecosystem partnerships through marketing and communication activities.
Provide communications support for strategic projects, organizational initiatives, and major company announcements.
Governance
Manage external agencies, service providers, and communication partners.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and governance requirements related to marketing and communications activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Relevant university degree.
Fluent Business English.
Minimum of 3 years professional experience in international Marketing roles.
Significant experience in marketing, communications, branding, commercial marketing, or related fields.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing, technology-driven industries, and complex customer ecosystems.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Experience in digital marketing, brand management, and corporate communications.
Ability to operate effectively in a growth-oriented, international technology company.
