Automation Engineer
Canatu is growing rapidly and we're developing cutting edge technology. Automation team is in the forefront of the development of the equipment needed by our scientists and our customers.
We are looking for an Automation Engineer to strengthen our Automation team.
In your work you will be working with both Siemens and Beckhoff automation systems. You will be part of a larger team providing insight from automation and software point of view in creation, development and improvement of our equipment and products. You will be planning, developing and testing features according to set requirements. Support for production will be required to sort out bugs and issues arising at short notice. Work also entails infrequent travel to customer sites for automation support up to 60 days per year.
To succeed in this role we require qualifications and experience in;
BSc or MSc in automation engineering
PLC programming
HMI development
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting automation systems
Fluent in English, Finnish language is seen as an advantage
In addition to requirements, we will value you having:
Experience in the semiconductor industry automation and working in cleanrooms
Experience with Siemens TIA portal and Beckhoff TwinCAT
Familiarity with SEMI standards
Experience in working in the customer interface.
