Product Quality Engineer
Build quality into CNT-based semiconductor products at Canatu by ensuring compliance, establishing end-to-end quality controls, leading RCA & CAPA, and driving cross-functional continuous improvement.
We are looking for a
Product Quality Engineer
As a Product Quality Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring that all products meet established quality standards and customer requirements. This role focuses on developing, implementing and monitoring end to end quality assurance practices in close collaboration with other internal teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality Planning and Control
Ensure product’s compliance with internal processes and industry standards (e.g. ISO9001, IATF 16949, ISO13485).
Define and monitor end-to-end product quality controls (IQC-WH-manufacturing-OQC-Shipments)
Conduct internal audits, and root cause analysis for quality issues.
Represent quality in external audits
Drive corrective and preventive actions to resolve non-conformities.
Quality Improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
Participate as a project team member or act as Project Manager for product quality improvement projects
Train quality tools and inspection methods to operative personnel
Customer Support
Act as a quality liaison for internal stakeholders.
Provide technical support and solutions for quality-related inquiries.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and feedback.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain and develop records of product quality control activities (traceability, measurement data collection, etc.)
Prepare and present product quality performance metrics to management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
Proven experience in product quality, manufacturing, or process engineering.
Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
Familiarity with statistical process control and root cause analysis tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
